I have had my fitbit sense for approximately 3 weeks and is now showing a completely blank black screen.
It won't charge or turn on.
Any help gratefully appreciated!

Try going through the steps outlined in this article. If none of those steps work there is likely either a problem with your sense or a problem with the charging cable and you should contact customer support.
