Help please I have set up a PIN number and for the life of me I cannot remember what it is, now I can’t get any information on my watch I have to access this via my phone, does anyone know how I can unlock my phone  many thanks Lynda

Hi @Nanalyn - Just change the pin in the App How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?
