I spent hours with customer service trying to explain that the data for the floors and zone minutes is very inaccurate . They are just all reading from a script saying that even opening a door can be counted as climbing a floor. I live on the 1st floor and work in a one story school. I don’t climb and floors however the Fitbit is showing sometimes up to 20 floors. Same problem with the zone minutes. I don’t exercise at all. My heart rate doesn’t elevate and it’s stable. Does anyone have the same issue?

Hi @AlbenaG - for floors; If you are interested in confirming how your watch pressure sensor is behaving or whether you can get a more accurate floor count, you can verify you don't have a watch problem by using the SimpleFloors app.
The App shows how your watch is affected by environmental issues such as, going room to room, upstairs/downstairs, inside to outside, changes in temperature, etc.as customer service has mentioned.
If the App is not registering pressure changes correctly there could be a watch fault or a fault in the firmware or it is simply necessary to restart the watch. If you look in the forums there are many reports of the same issue so it is probably a firmware issue.
This App is meant for checking purposes as it uses the battery a lot, but at least it will give you an idea if your watch is fine or if it is some other issue.
Did restarting the watch cure the Zone minutes issue which is less common?
