My sense Fitbit updates to my iPhone but doesn’t update my totals on my Friends tab.

Are you talking about when you go to the Community tab and see your friends step count over the last day?

 

Are you see no numbers at all or their numbers remain the same?

That's very strange. I see my friends totals change all the time. Try signing out of your account and back in?
