Hi @PaulineAntas - firstly check in the Fitbit App the time it last synced and the charge level.

 

It could be an old reading and even if you placed it on charge it may not have charged - see remedies for that in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

 

If when you place it on charge it gets hot then stop immediately as this is a sign of internal damage, such as moisture accumulated inside which could also create the symptoms you describe.
