How do i close fitbit app then reopen the cs agent said i needed to but cant find setting all the and the cs agent hung up on me HELP!

Hi @carterd22 you can also just restart the phone. You try that first? I'm sure the hang up was an accident.

About your question, just go to your phone's settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Force Stop. Then, open the Fitbit app and try syncing your Sense one more time.
