Floors not recording

My Sense is not accurately recording floors.   I have my usual walking route that I do every morning.  There are quite a few hills that I go up.   I was generally registering 12-13 floors in the past.  Lately, my Sense registers 5-7 floors.  Today it registered only 2!   I guarantee I walked up more than 2.   Does anyone have suggestions why or how to fix it to record more accurately?

Hi @Meomelet - first try syncing then doing a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu, Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

 

 

If that doesn't improve it it may need cleaning How do I clean my Fitbit device?

 

Just in case you want to monitor the pressure sensor to see if it is reacting normally you can try the SimpleFloors app.
