Frozen on dot screen

My sense is frozen on dot screen.  I've tried everything I've seen online about resetting it.  No luck.  Any ideas?

Could you please try to provide a screenshot for documentation purposes? Is this the first time you use your Sense?

My watch alternates between the logo and a black screen....Totally useless.....
