My sense is frozen on dot screen. I've tried everything I've seen online about resetting it. No luck. Any ideas?

Could you please try to provide a screenshot for documentation purposes? Is this the first time you use your Sense?
Please confirm that you have followed the steps in this help article to reset your Fitbit Sense: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
