My Sense is not working. I've had it for less than two months, and now its frozen. It will not turn off, it will not sync to my iPhone, nor will it show on my Bluetooth list. I've tried all of the required trouble shooting. I've deleted the app, and reinstalled it. I've removed all devices from my phone and tried to pair the Sense watch again, but now it will not show on my Bluetooth list at all. I've turned my phone off and turned it back on. Nothing works!!!!! This should not be happening with a watch that cost $329.00 that I've had since Feb. 27, 2021. I should have invested in the Apple Watch!!! I'm so frustrated right now.

What is shown on the Sense? Can you navigate to settings? Can you charge it? Does it respond when charging it?

I do believe your frustration. I can't promise you will get a replecement device, but as far as I am concerned it has to be the solution.. T
