Google Pay not working

Hello everyone,

I have a Fitbit Sense with Google Pay installed on the watch. I have successfully linked 2 of my credit cards; however, when I tried to pay, the payment terminals did not recognize the watch. I tried switching between my cards to no avail. I tried to pay in multiple locations, but was unsuccessful. I also did some troubleshooting, such as:

  1. Restarting the watch various times
  2. Unlinking the cards on the watch
  3. Removed the PIN, then re-added it

I am unsure which steps to take next, and I do not want to perform a factory reset since it takes time to set up again. The payment terminals also work since cards and even phones, through Google Pay, work without any issue.
