Hi all,
As today the new Sense 2 and Versa 4 were announced which will get google wallet support later via update, I was wondering if older product with fitbit pay will also get the support for google wallet. In most countrys fitbit pay is useless and google wallet support would be a huge benefit.

I just got a free sense (ionic recall) this spring. So I hope it at least comes to the sense and v3 as well as my bank doesn’t support Fitbit pay. If not I may just have to upgrade.

I would hope so considering the Sense has NFC already. That would be a great update to current Sense owners.

I definitely hope so! It would be bad if only the new devices will support Google Wallet... at least Sense2 is not so different from Sense1... Let's hope we can use Google pay soon!!🤞

Most UK banks do not entertain Fitbit pay. To be honest it's a waste of space there. Google wallet is on all Google and android phones so it makes sense to go with wallet.

@Pancho_Franz I am curious, if you have a Sense 2 and go back to a Sense 1, do you keep Google Wallet or go back to Fitbit Pay, as it is an Fitbit app change not a device change? Google states in the FAC, once you go to Google Wallet you loose the ability to go back to Fitbit Pay, but it is not clear if you switch to a legacy (before Google device)?
