Hello I have had my fitbit since December and I have contacted customer service several times about about the sleep not registering on the watch. They walked me through resetting it but that has not worked any of The Times I have tried it. And now my Google assistant is not working so I am getting exceedingly frustrated with It. I love my fitbit but I would love it even more if it was functioning.. is it possible that I have a lemon? Is that something that I can get replaced Please? I'm sure there is a record of me contacting customer support since the week that I got it. Any help would be really greatly appreciated! Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Have you tried setting up the Google assistant again? I've noticed mine needs reconnecting every so often (maybe the authentication keys expire?), perhaps this is the case with yours?
