Hello everyone
I received my Sense today and I love it. I just have some questions to confirm.
On my Versa 2 when I looked at the clock face (stock one) when I would walk the steps would update right away. When I changed my clock face on the sense to a non stock one the steps don't update right way when I say update I mean change as you walk you can see the number get higher.
Is this because it only updates right away on the stock ones only??
My last question is about the SpO2 I know as of now you have to change the watch face to the SpO2 clock face.
Can I change the clock face back to another one once I wake up or would that ruin the readings?
Is that any of the Spo2 clock faces or does it have to be a certain one? I see one by fitbit called spo2 signature.
Thanks 🙂

I'm using a non-Fitbit clock face; just walked a few steps and saw step count change.
I assume it has to be the Fitbit SpO2 Signature face, though if you see others that claim to work, you could try them after you have gotten a few days of Fitbit one.
You have to use that one at night, but can then change back for daytime when you get up, or a little while after. Other than remembering, easy to do with extra faces stored right on the watch.
This part I'm not clear on. Some say they see results in 20 minutes; I've had to wait hour-and-a-half for it to update. If leave the clock face before it updates, it seems to update right away, but I wonder if it is just slow on the update, or if that is cutting off the end of your sleep. In either case, you are safe if you wait to see results on face and maybe you will see them quickly and not have to wonder.

Yes, you need the Fitbit Spo2 signature clock face. Mine usually updates in 15 minutes or so. Others have had success by opening an app and then going back to the clock face to get it to update. I sometimes switch to a different clock face then switch back to see the Spo2 %. Once I see the %, I switch to a different clock face for the rest of the day. This whole setup is really awkward, but it works for now. Vote here to get them to change it: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/View-SpO2-in-app-and-don-t-require-SpO2-clock-fa....

for the SpO2 I can only get readings from it after I wake up right? I can't do an on the spot SpO2 check?

Yeah I found out so I switch it at night and when i wake up i wait for it to update and then switch the clock face back. So annoying and I hope they fix it. I will vote for the change also!

@JohnnyRow well when I use the Fitbit clock face and I look at my watch while I’m walking. I can see the steps go higher automatically as I step....but when I was trying out a non Fitbit clock face it would take a little to update on the screen. I’m assuming because it’s a non Fitbit one.

No on-demand readings. It gives overnight average and range,

Thank you
What I meant about the steps on the clock face when I am walking I can see the number of steps go up it's updating as I'm walking but when I switched to a different clock face it still updating but it wasn't updating adding numbers I was walking. It would take some time for it to update on the clock face. I'm assuming it's just the clock face. I found the old Versa 2 clock face which I liked and that one updates as I'm walking.
What do you think? Hopefully this makes sense.
