HR monitor on my Fitbit sense is very inaccurate. I wore Fitbit versa on the other hand and found that HR value on Fitbit sense is higher as much as 25-30 percent. 

 

My sense is running the latest firmware.

 

Fitbit has any plans to fix HR monitor issue on Fitbit Sense?

 

Very disappointed so far, didn't expect this after spending couple of hundred dollars thinking that I am getting one of the best fitness watch.

Hi @Sense_user_2021 This shouldn't be happening and is not a fault with all Senses (my HR is really very accurate). Have you tried restarting the watch? If a few restarts don't fix it I'd suggest you contact Customer Support

How is yours accurate? Mine is way off, restarting it did nothing and the customer support was no help at all, they just gave me some copy/pasted answer. Mine stays way way too low.
