HR ranges don’t match up on my watch and the app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Just curious. The heart rate range yesterday on my sense watch showed 56-151. But the highest my heart rate showed on the app was 116.

so I have no idea when it went up to 151 or for how long.

I don’t have  any customised ranges set for alerts.

@Caz1902   Both the zone minute and sleeping heart rate graphs show an average heart rate over one minute.  Your zone minute screenshot has four peaks.  You will never know which one had that 151 bpm.  It couldn't have lasted very long, because all of those peaks are at about 116 bpm.  It is averaged in one of those peaks.
