Since 13 december my Sense has stopped recording BR and HRV during sleep and i only get basic sleep data.
During the time i've gotten BR and HRV only once per week. It had no problems before. It does track HRV with EDA scan, no problems there.
I have tried clearing app chace, reinstalling the app, restarting the watch, doing a factory reset on the watch(it was able to track that night but stopped after that). Trying it on other my hand, trying different straps. Nothign seems to help. The app and watch software are up to date, no updates for them.
Is there something else i can try?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
In this case, I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
