Hand-written note required for Sense warranty

After chatting with nikki ann i was unable to process a warranty for my sense.  Its less than a year old and the screen fell out.   Nikki requested the following info: pict of damage, fitbit logo, handwritten note showing case #.  All info must be in pict.  I sent everything along with a digital note showing the case # on the pic.   Not good enough!  Nikki would not process a claim unless it was handwritten on a piece of paper.

Hi @rworld007  I can see the picture you took, but you need to send what customer support needs. The reason for asking it to be written on paper with the case number and your device is to make certain you're not scamming them. Imagine if anyone could just send a picture and other people also used that picture to claim they had problems in order to get a replacement. Just write what is needed and put your Fitbit next to it and click. Paper - use whatever you might have, even if it's the inside of a cereal box. You can do this.

Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing your picture @rworld007.

I understand you've invested in the Fitbit Family; however, we as any other company have policies to follow through.  While customer satisfaction remains our number one goal, the demands of running a global business require that we run some requirements to replace your watch.
