Having to restart fitbit everumytime to make connection with the app

The last weeks my fitbit doesn't sync with the app. It does when I push the side button long to restart the Fitbit, but not automatically. I also do not see the Fitbit in the bluetooth list. What can I do?

I am having the same issue. This is incredibly frustrating. I am almost wishing I bought an apple watch instead.
