I had no previous problems with Health Metrics tab but now it will not open at all? I deleted the app on my phone and did everything to troublshoot but it still will not open. I know I have premium because I get the perks of everything else premium offers. Any help will be appreciated

Assuming the tile is there but won't open
In Android phone Settings * Apps Fitbit Storage - clear cache [not data] Force Fitbit shutdown [though it doesn't seem to fully] Log back in to the Fitbit app

@rsh916 You are describing an app issue, not a device issue. What type of phone do you use, Android or iPhone? Your post can get moved to a better-suited forum. If other users have the same issue, it's easier to get Fitbit's attention.
