This has existed for several months eventhough I wear my Fitbit Sense always. The app says "no data in the past 24 hours. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Tx

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are not getting the SpO2 data with your Fitbit Sense.

If you see dashed lines on the clock face or SpO2 tile, a message that the SpO2 data couldn’t be read, or missing data in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone, keep in mind the details shown in the following help article : Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?
