My Fitbits heart monitor stopped working I tried everything to fix it even factory reset still won’t work and now won’t sync with my phone. I’m not the only one having this problem what’s up Fitbit my watch isn’t even a year old.

Hi @Aberdeen2171 a factory reset removed your tracker from your Fitbit account, without Fitbit knowing this.
I would setup the tracker as if it was bought this morning.

To further assist for the Heart rate inconvenience, can you confirm the model of your Fitbit device? For the syncing difficulty, as @Rich_Laue mentioned, if you performed a factory reset, you need to set up your Fitbit device to your Fitbit account.
