Whenever I take my Sense off it still continues to record a constantly changing heart rate. This is also visible on the screen? There doesn’t seem to be an optionto turn it off as there is on the Ionic?

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Fitbit Sense, @Ga1ileo.
Before considering other options, let me know for how long are you able to see the heart rate information on the screen of the Sense. As you mentioned earlier, unfortunately it's not possible to turn off heart-rate tracking on Fitbit Sense or Fitbit Versa 3.
In addition, make sure that you've tried to complete the restart procedure described here and check if you continue to experience the same inconvenience, this has been useful to other users who have experienced similar behavior.
I'll be around.

I have been having the same issue with my Sense. It has been going on for months. This was not happening when I first got my Sense. Since noticing it, I check it every time I finish a shower, since I don’t wear it in the shower. It typically is running 140, 150 bpm when I check it. I put it back on my wrist and it immediately drops to a normal range. I used to be able to see gaps on my heart rate graph for the times I would be in the shower. That doesn’t happen anymore. Resetting does not do anything. I’ve reset my fitbit more times than I can count.
