Heart monitor and speed on runs off by far

My sense is not even one year old and the heart sensor is often very inaccurate. Today was at 145 when resting. Stayed up there for 20m, giving wrong records for activity.

also when running, recorded speed was well off what i record on Strava. This is starting to annoy me

Strange. I am not 100% how to help with but trying the following:

  • Restarting watch (hold side button)
  • Factory reset
  • Uninstall/reinstalling the app
  • Contact customer support
