I think for heart rate it a bit confusing for me because I take a med that makes my heart rate high and when I look at the heart rate place it make me feel like I’m unhealthy I would like that to be fix like have a study on it factor in that part so it knows it’s not your body that so bad but your med is doing it
I'm in the same boat, my medication makes my heart rate higher. I just pay attention to my highs and lows and don't compare myself to the general population and its highs/lows, healthy/unhealthy.
