Just started using a Sense two days ago and having a problem with heart rate detail not showing on the Sense or iPhone mobil app. The clock face shows my pulse correctly, but if I tap on the heart symbol under today all of the details appear with “- -“ for ranges and zones. I have verified that I have the latest versions of firmware and software.

Hi, @rayphillips, I haven't tested this with the Sense, so can't confirm, but with some Fitbits it can solve this issue by making sure you set up notifications from your Sense to your iPhone.
Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

I do have notifications set to my iPhone so I don’t think that is the problem.
