Does the Fitbit Sense (with correct watch face of course) display continuous heart rate? Or is it like the Galaxy Watch4 and only give the current heart rate once every 10 minutes?

@TheFrankMan- In addition to what @JohnnyRow says, the heart rate has pauses, so it's not necessarily real time.
As the heart rate value is questionable [see many posts in the forum], it cannot be relied upon to give an accurate reading, except when one is not moving for a while, so there can be a delay in getting the correct value while it catches up.

I would imagine it can't be true "continuous", but updated say every 2 seconds would be fine by me.
I'll see once it arrives Friday or Saturday.

And I'll be interested in seeing the same heart rate problems as others. If so, the watch may have to go back and realize the technology doesn't yet exist to display accurate heart rate or to display it continuously - you only get 1 or the other, not both, haha.
