I am in fair to avg cardio condition and when I am sucking wind after doing part of my workout and can feel my heart wanting to pump out of my chest, I see the Sense says my heart rate is 90bpm. Wtf is that? I have had many different Fitbits/activity trackers in the past and know my heart rate is not that low during a workout.
Anyone else having this issue and any known fixes or work around a?

The instructions say to wear it higher during exercise for better contact. I did this today and it seemed to track fairly well with the sensors on my elliptical. Have you tried that?

I have been having the same issue. I switched from the Fitbit Ionic to the Sense this week. When I going on a run, the heart rate appears to be accurate. On the other hand, when I weightlift or do a boot camp type of workout it consistently shows a heart rate in the 80s or 90s despite the fact I am sweating and my heart rate is clearly in 120s.

I typically wear the unit 2 fingers from the wrist like they use to say all the time.

I am having the same issue. I went from a Charge 3 to the Sense, and I have done a few workouts now where I am obviously profusely sweating and out of breath and it's telling me my heart rate is 110. I've tried tightening the band and moving it closer up my wrist, but neither has helped. I like the functionality of the Sense otherwise...but this is infuriating.

I have had the exact same
experience and have the same reaction. I should have stayed with my Versa.

After functioning as expected for months, my Versa 2 started doing the same thing after the latest update. Any fixes?
