For the last 3 days the heart rate graph isn’t showing while sleeping. It gives me percentage of above resting and below but not the graph.

My graphs have been missing fur a week now. This is not making my Johns Hopkins EP cardiology docs happy. Since I am missing the feedback of what they showed me, they will fit me with long term monitoring. I can now throw Fitbit Sense watch in the trash. It had also gone bonkers reporting stair climbing for me (I use crutches or wheelchair), lots of steps while asleep or working on computer, and even when correctly showing afib and high HR while sitting, identifies results as cardio exercise. Guess I need a Samsung, Garmin, or Apple watch. This was an expensive failure.

@SunsetRunner @Agleimer If you are iPhone users, this is a recent bug that appeared with an app update. Fitbit is aware and is trying to fix it. @Agleimer Please don't throw your device in the trash.

@Agleimer A graph display problem is an app problem, not a device problem. I don't normally browse the Android forum, because I am an iPhone user. I took a quick look in the Android forum and don't see any posts similar to the iOS bug I mentioned. I think you should start a new thread in the Android forum describing the graphs that aren't displaying properly. Adding screenshots helps.
I think you will have a better chance go getting help in a better fit forum.

I’m having the same issue and was about to call Fitbit AGAIN about an app tracking issue but decided to look at what others are experiencing and seems Fitbit is aware of the issue and hopefully fixing it soon. Thanks for everyone’s posts/comments.

Thank you so much for that info. Wish they'd let us know when there are issues. Things happen. This silent behavior is arrogant; and, is no way to treat customers.
