I posted a few weeks back that I was having issues with the HR being accurate on my Charge - which I posted a complaint on the Charge forum. After weeks of complaining my husband bought me the new sense. So far so good, until today. Last Monday I did a weight work out (using a programmed personal trainer app). The sense registered my HR correctly and burned 262 calories, mostly in fat burn mode. Today, I did the SAME workout, used the SAME pounds of weights, and I barely burned 100 calories and was below zone for most of the workout.
FITBIT WHAT IS GOING ON????? This is my 4th fitbit over the past 7+ years. I don't want to start with something else. ***All was working well, until the firmware update a few weeks back on the charge.Monday 11/2/20 Monday 11/2/20

hey there @Diana97311 , totally get your frustration. I have had a similar experience with walking and running. I restarted my sense while it was on the charger and things seem to have leveled off. This was about 2 weeks ago. I now get readings that are predictable for the activity. Try resetting your tracker and see if helps. On a side note.. there really isn't that much difference in your average heart rate. The day you had the higher rate could have been a result of something other than the actual activity. you could have been more tired since it was later in the day. you could have had a bit more salt or allergies. Any number of things could throw it off. If it were me, I would go for a third reading doing the exact same thing to see which holds truer.

Thank you Elena. Today i compared SAME workout from last tuesday. I was in all "below zones the entire workout" and only burned 84 calories, compared to 66% fat burn mode last week and 206 calories. You are correct, it is very frustrating, considering Im trying to lose weight and calculate calories burned & food macros. Can't do that if the readings are way off. But I will try your suggestions. Again, thank you.
