Heart rate monitor no longer operates

Hi

A few days ago the heart rate monitor on my Sense stopped working. The sensors no longer flash and I get no readings on the heart rate display ♡-- on the watch, or in the app. I'm using Samsung 21+ for syncing. 

I've changed the clock face then done a factory reset. No change. 

Any other ideas?

Hi, @djcrobertson, have you recently had a tattoo (or scar) on your wrist? The LED/sensor array struggles with detecting blood flow in the skin layer that has been inked. If this is the case try your other wrist (if not tattooed) or have someone else wear your device. You may find this article How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? offers you a way forward.
