Heart rate monitor suspect

I used my new Fitbit sense side by side with a Garmin fénix 5x as I had noticed the Send heart rate Seems to fall asleep and not actively monitor my heart rate. During a high intensity rowing session my sense heart rate didn’t move much at all meanwhile my Garmin ranged from 96 to 137. The Fitbit recorded 87-97 range.

I plan on comparing this for the next week and will report back.

My Fitbit charge hr3 was awesome and never failed, great sleep monitoring as well. The sense seems to be quite slow in updating data. Sleep scores take hours to calculate. SPO2 takes a while to be recognized.

I was hopeful that the sense would be the dominant wearable but I think the charge is more reliable. Hopefully things improve.

Hi @nunyabiz I'm not sure what is meant by "fall askeep", this usually is caused by failure to detect a pulse. With rowing or weight lifting, caused by a bad placement of the sensor and wrist flexing.
