I have heart problems and need to be alerted when my heart rate is higher then 110 bpm. I set the notification for the heart to that but it doesn't work! My heart went as high as 130 and still no notification....

Hi @Flora1311 - the new V4 Fitbit App has issues and syncing is one of them.
Notifications (not all) only work when the watch is syncing properly. This may be the cause.
Restarting the watch and possibly phone may resolve the problem temporarily, also it depends if you are monitoring during exercise, as the HR can be quite inaccurate (over or under) reading, so you can't necessarily rely on that feature.

@Flora1311 The high (and low) heart rate alerts have specific criteria. They don't alert you immediately upon reaching your set heart rate. You must be at or above that target heart rate for 10 minutes AND it will only alert you if you are inactive at the time. Help article This feature won't alert you if your heart rate goes above your setting during activity. Is your Sense failing to notify you if your high heart rate happens at rest?
