Hi All,
I got my Sense yesterday and I noticed that the heart rate is way off the radar. When I am exercising it seems low and when I am not doing anything, it is high. It’s almost as if it is stuck at a particular range. On the flip side, I put on my charge 2 on the same wrist, same time and the readings were different and Charge 2 readings made more sense.
Anyone else facing similar issues?
hoping to get some response from Fitbit. It’s such a turn off

Sadly you’re not alone. I’ve had mine for about a year now and the HR accuracy is just trash, especially during exercises. Just this morning I’m sweating and panting - a fairly decent indicator of exertion - and my Sense HR read 75 BPM 🤦🏻:female_sign:
Lots of folks on here have complained but as of yet no solution and unsure if they’re doing anything about it.

As a long time FitBit user, it seems my old ionic was the best I had. The Sense HR goes up if you wear it too loose and below actual value if you tighten it. I now monitor my HR with a 2 electrodes chest band on my elleptical trainer. Seeing the results, I'm asking myself if it gives one valid value given by the Sense health sensors...
By the way: in less than 1 year, my first 2 Sense watches died... I'm testing my third one!

It’s really disappointing. Hope they fix this soon

I was using the Charge prior to this and didn’t encounter any issues. Extremely disappointed. Just hope Fitbit fixes this soon
