Heart rate recording at night when not wearing

I’ve noticed at night, my heat rate is being logged some nights.  I don’t wear it at night to give my arm a rest.  Why is this??? Now I’m worried the data and sensor are inaccurate

Hi @JuliannMS 

 

Where do you keep it during the night? I would try to store it clock face down. If you are worried about damaging the clock face, place it on a cloth or towel.
