Heart rate shows on Fitbit app, not on Sense

(Sense)  My heart rate is not showing up on my clock face but is being tracked in the app. (Android) Green light is flashing and I have tried a shutdown and restart and changing to another clock face.  Any ideas?  Thanks  Dave

Hi @Inetfreak - changing to another clock face is the first option to choose but to make sure swipe the watch face to the left and click the Today app and HR should be showing correctly and the same as in the Fitbit App when it is syncing.

If that is the case switch to another clock face, preferably a Fitbit one to start with.

Thanks for the response! Tried your fix, no luck.  Did a factory reset and restarted the watch and reinstalled the app from scratch.  Still have the same issue.  No heart rate on the watch face, but it is showing on the app. SMH Dave
