Heart rate unstable, jumping high and low, during exercise

I noticed the heart rate jumps from high to low heart rate reading during exercise, especially when doing HIIT and bike / spin classes (example linked below) and strength training exercises. It seems to work fine for runs. I tried to put the Fitbit sense higher (regularly 1 finger above wrist bone; moved to 2 finger above wrist bone during exercise), but I'm not sure if it's the shape of my wrist but it falls down during the exercise due to sweat and still has issues with inaccurate heart rate reading. I tried factory resetting the Fitbit sense and still seeing the same issue. Has anyone experienced the same issue and resolved it?

I have the same issue.  I run stairs up and down, and once I get going my heart rate stays in the 150s.  But the sense will show 80s for a while, then it will get up to the 150s.  Or it will be up there where it should be, then drop to the 80s for a while, then go back up to the 150s.  I tried moving it, and tighten / loosen the band, but I still have the issue.
