Heart rate variability doesn't work

I have been wearing the FB Sense for a few months and the Sense still doesn't track my heart rate variability.  Please let me know how to fix this or how to contact Fitbit directly.

Hi @bwc47  - this can possibly be a Fitbit app glitch.

On Android logout of the Fitbit App and clear the storage cache and force stop it.

Login again and it might even populate the missing HRV in Health Metrics or at least show it the next day. It may take a sync and a little while to calculate it
