Zones seems to be unreliable on both my sense and my wife's. We went for a walk and kept same Temp all the way but after half the way it stops counting zones. I can't be a coincidence that both our sense do the same?

Hi @Tranceblast. It's nice to see you here in the forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the screenshot provided. Let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, do you recall if you were getting heart rate readings during your walk? Has this happened other times and during other type of exercises? Has your Sense been recording your heart rate correctly for your daily activities?

 

To work on this together, I'd recommend to check this help article which describes some factors that affect your heart rate readings, perform a restart and try wearing your Sense a higher on your wrist (2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone) to get a better fit so it's secure, but not too tight.
