$300 on this device, and it can’t do the one of the key functions: accurately track your workout. I’ve worn the Charge, Charge2, and Ionic- never, in the history of ever, have I had as many problems with a watch as I have had in the past week with this device.
It’s pathetic. I’ve been on for 30 mins with tech support and they just keep giving me the run around. Probably returning to switch to an Apple Watch.
Anyone else make the switch and can’t give me info on if it’s worth it?

My tests on two different devices (Sense and Versa 3) show very poor HR performances (I can say terrible) at the point I prefer now to use an Inspire 2. My take is that it is a software issue rather than hardware so I hope Fitbit developers are hard at work to release a firmware update tackling the issue.
