High/low heart is locked and ECG will not work

In the Fitbit app, the High/low heart app show a lock symbol and will not open.  This prevents the ECG app from working.  I bought the Sense because I need to know re: AFib and ECG for health reasons. If they don’t work, the watch go back and soon,

Yes, it was in the United States. However, without immediate support and reading that the heart statistics were not accepted by physicians, I returned the watch.

Too bad that this pricey device does not have a working ECG app. Tried many things including Uninstallerd and installed, enabled location, re setup the device, Bluetooth re-pairing etc. No avail.

Even after the update and before the recent update the App never worked. I am disappointed.
