Hike not logged when activate from Sense

When I activate an exercise “hike” from

the Sense watch, it doesn’t seem to show up in the app under exercise. I select “exercise” and then “hike” and start the hike and end the hike from the Sense watch face. none of the metrics show up anywhere after I end the hike. 

If I select “hike” from the app on the iPhone, it shows up under “exercise” on the app and it has all of the metrics.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these steps. Then, please track your GPS activities by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".

 

For instructions on how to locate your hike activities, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I see GPS data captured by my Fitbit device?".
