Hitting left button when flicking my wrist when watch band is barely snug

I've noticed on my Sense that if my band is the least bit snug, raising my wrist up too much triggers the left side button. So annoying that I turned the left side button off to not trigger anything. But every time I raise my wrist too much it activates the left button and turns the display on. So annoying.

Why wear it so tight? You should be able to easily slip a finger behind the band.

It's not so tight. That's why I said "barely snug." I don't want it tight tight.
