Hi @EkimL - can you confirm if you have a Sense or a Sense 2?

You will only get notifications to move when in your specified move hours and the watch is enabled for it.

Go to Quick Settings, (Pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons on a Sense 2, swipe watch face right and turn off sleep and do not disturb on a Sense) to make sure the watch allows messages.
