What's the go with the calorie counter!? Im currently on the fast 800 diet and im only doing 1 hour of walking a day on the treadmill and 3 days a week gym im 5ft10 and 150kg says im burning 5k calories a day just how accurate is it?

As our friend Patruns already explained, the calories burned show you not only the ones burned during an activity but also includes your basal metabolic rate (BMR)
Your personal information (age, gender, high, etc) and your heart rate will also influence on the measurement of your calories.
