Does anybody know how I can file a Warranty claim? The "return tool" on the site doesn't recognize my Amazon order number, and their chat support is downright awful. I have to wait 3 minutes between replies, and they keep asking stupid questions and not letting me know how to return the item.

Hi @calebsimpson did you talk to Amazon? When you buy there, you need to return it to them. The Amazon order number would be something Fitbit wouldn't know about or have. If purchased directly from Fitbit, you have to get with Fitbit support. Try Amazon and see what they tell you. Let us know.
