How can I get the serial number of my linked Sense from the Fitbit app?

I appreciate your message regarding the serial number of your Sense. 

May I suggest you to look at the box your sense came in, there is the serial number, usually made up of letters and numbers.

@dbh  There is a way to find your serial number if you don't have your box.  Please go to this page where I outlined the steps for another user.  Just tap on my Fitbit link and it should go to your page.  Tap on your Sense tile to see the device URL.  I have no idea why Fitbit put our serial number in a secret code in the URL.

The last time I posted the steps, I used my own device and verified that I saw my serial number on the box.  A moderator edited out my steps, saying that I was sharing personal information.

I only seen to have the firmware information... nothing else? Maybe Google has changed it 😕

Is there now no other way than using box? I used to be able to get info in my fitbit account?

@dbh   I don't think you are looking in the right place.  Look at the URL on your browser.  The ending of the address is ...fitbit.com/settings/device/tracker/(12 letters and numbers).
