How can I see intervals for zones with customized max HR?

Many of us (most?) do not fit into the 220 - AGE formula Sense is using to calculate MAXHR. I had my max hr checked in a controlled environment. It is 190. I can't find intervals (heart rate from - to) for Fat Burn, Cardio and Peak zones. Neither on the device nor in the app. It must be hidden somewhere?

@LokeAa   I might have misunderstood what you are saying.  I'm looking at the same app page as your screenshot.  You have a custom max of 190 and your fat burn starts at 122.

Is this what you mean?  Can you rephrase your question?  Did you tap on your zone minute icon?  Your heart rate zones are there.

@LokeAa   When you set a custom max heart rate, your zones will adjust.  Go back and forth changing the settings.  The 220 - age equation has my MPHR as 154.  When I change it to 170, all my zones are shifted.  My fat burn went from 89 -> 95, cardio from 110 -> 120 and peak from 137 -> 151.  When I tap on my zone minute icon, these new numbers were on that screen, too.

I want to add that some people need to adjust that number down.  When you set a lower MPHR, the zones will adjust downward.

Hi!

Thanks for your reply, on my previous device Charge 3, I had intervals per zone in the app. On Sense I can't find it. When i tap the heart icon in the app I get an overview over resting heart rate last 30 days, Cardio fitness, and Minutes in zones. Tapping heart rate - advanced On the watch I get the name of the zones, but no numbers.

Both in the app and on the watch Fitbit is more than eager to tell me "Your heart rate zones are now personalized bla bla..." Doesn't help at all...

Thank you!

I think we misunderstood each other. I have seen the zone graph as an illustration of the text "Heart rate zones..." Kind of embarrassing, but I think I'll get over it...

@LokeAa   I am happy to know that this is all worked out.  I want to take a moment to add a little information because you mentioned the Charge 3.  The Exercise app can be confusing because all the exercises are on the Sense.  You don't rearrange the exercise shortcuts on the app.  Once you use an exercise, your list get separated into Recent and everything else.  That Recent list self-populates your most used shortcuts.

Thank you. I like the way it separates itself into most used. One more question 😁:

Is it the same for cues and autopause? It has to be done on the watch?

I do not get any options in Dashboard:

@LokeAa   Yes, cues and auto pause are set on the watch.  I reported this page error to Fitbit.  It is just plain incorrect.  There is another error.  The Interval Workout has the area to set the intervals.  That setting must be done on the watch, too.

It's not intuitive, because "cues" aren't listed on the watch.  You set this in the Laps section.  You set the laps to Auto count.  Auto count says "Set rule" right underneath.  You can choose miles, km, minutes, or calories.
