How can i turn off my sleep sensor to save my battery?

I'm not really fused about my sleep information anymore but can't turn off the sensor. I also want it off to extent my battery life

There is not a separate sleep sensor; it just goes by heart rate data and calculations from that. Doubt turning off heart rate overnight would save much battery, and might throw off other data such as resting heart rate.  Make sure don't have Snore detect turned on.  Could program it to go into Sleep Mode at your sleep hours to prevent screen coming on and getting notifications which could use some battery.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
