Hi,
Why does the fitbit only track "calories" - why can't we change it to "kjs" for other countries. We can alter the other units like Oz to mL or lbs to kgs, but not calorie to kj???? I want to track what I'm eating and it's such a pain to calculate myself the calories to kjs, so what's the point of having it if it's not to make my life easier.
Also - I could change the Food Database to "Australia" but that did not alter the calories to kjs.
Such a shame. Is there plans to update this?

Rather than asking where to change that, you sound like you are sure you know where it would be changed, but it is not there. That is strange because I do have that option, as seen below.

thanks for your reply - at least it is a thing for other users! I just went back into the settings where i was angry that i was able to change other units but not kj/calorie. I CAN NOW change it? lol. It also has added Stone unit which I didn’t have access to before. Very odd but I’m thankful it’s there now! It could have been a glitch or update or whatever, who knows😹

Much rather work in metric than imperial so km, kg, ml and the like. The calorie was originally defined as metric but has now been superseded by the Joule.
