Hi when I went on holiday to lanzarote my fitbit sense time went 1 hour ahead during the flight. I have tried to change it but to no avail. I've let the battery die hoping that it would self correct when charged again but it hasn't. Any suggestions please? Thanks, Ciara

Have you gone to the Fitbit app, Account > App Settings and adjusted the Timezone?

From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon then Settings then Personal Info.
Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units.
Click Submit and sync your device.

Hi there, @Johnharper.
Thanks for sharing the steps to change the time format on the online dashboard. I'm sure your post will help other members and just take in mind you can also change it on the Fitbit app. Have a good one! 😊
